Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
● “Service” refers to the Website.
● “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
● “Customer” means a person who buys any goods for consideration but does not include a person who purchases such goods with the purpose of reselling them. ● “Website” – means this website with the URL: www.aahyum.com.
● “ Local Currency- INR” The currency “INR” is only used on this website.
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ” www.aahyum.com “. We are committed to deliver PAN India services in accordance with the shipping policy . The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
COST OF SHIPPING
a. We have a flat shipping rate of INR.50 Per Product
b. Shipping charges are applied at the check-out window along with the total price of the goods.
c. The aforementioned cost of shipping is applicable for the delivery of products regardless of the destination.
d. You will be eligible for free shipping of products for the orders above Rs. 399/- exclusive of taxes and shipping rate.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
The Delivery time usually depends on the product ordered and the location of the delivery. Approximate delivery is specified on the product details or will be shown at the check-out window. The delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external factors.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS/ Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
BUY ONLINE – PICK UP IN-STORE
a. We provide the option of placing the order online and picking up the order at the nearest store.
b. It normally takes 24 hours from the time of order to pack and set your delivery.
c. Once the order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification through the following method: SMS/EMAIL
d. At the counter, you can show the confirmation message received to collect your goods.
e. We will send a reminder email or SMS if your item is still waiting to be picked up.
f. We reserve the right to make changes or completely stop the in-store pick option.
OTHER RULES
a. If you want to change the shipping address, you need to inform us of the same within 24 hours of placing the order.
b. If the order has not been processed, we will try to change the address. If your order is processed, we will not be able to change the address.
c. While we shall strive to ship all your ordered products together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
d. Partial refund of the Products will not be entertained in any of the combo offers availed by the Consumers.
e. Any disputes if arising between you and logistic partners shall be settled between you and logistic partners.
f. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.
g. If you have entered the wrong shipment information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for reshipment or refund on such transaction.
RETURN AND REFUND
a. Every effort has been made to service the orders placed, as per the specification and timeline mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands canceled, and the amount paid by you shall be duly refunded.
b. You may cancel the order after the date of the transaction and prior to the dispatch of the product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
c. We reserve the right to not not process a return if You place the order for the wrong product model, color, or incorrect product or service.
d. When you make a qualified return, we will refund the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges.
e. In case of successful Refund , it shall be processed only upon proper KYC and necessary bank details.
f. The product will be eligible for replacement only if the same product/model is available in stock. In case the same product/model is out of stock, a refund shall be provided.
g. Once qualified, the refunds are given to the original source through which payment is made.
h. Please be informed that the product purchased using the cash-on-delivery option will be refunded to the Bank Account with the details provided by you to us.
i. Replacement of the products can be made, if the customer establishes that the product was delivered defective or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
j. Any damaged product must be returned in the excat condition as it was in when You received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product. The Invoice / money receipt should be returned with the product.
k. If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please contact your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) business days to reverse back by the respective bank.
l. If the issue has not been resolved within 10 (ten) business days, you can contact our customer care as follows: customercare@aahyum.com
m. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, We may refuse to provide replacement or refund for a product you purchased if:
I. The product purchase is sale items or promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc.)
II. If the product has been used or opened.
III. The products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
IV. The product has been Misused in a way that has caused the problem.
V. The product was availed as free Gifts or free services.
VI. The product is tammpered or damaged.
VII. The product is returned after the return window is closed or the refund period expires.
RULES FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT
a. The request for the cancellation of the products can be made in the following manner:
i. You are eligible to return the product only if you return the products in the same condition in which You received them.
ii. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address, and your address.
iii. The product shall be returned in its original packaging with the money receipt.
iv. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.
v. Upon receiving your return request, we shall verify the request and if found genuine, we will arrange a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistic service provider.
vi. The order returned must accompany all accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
vii. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will check the quality check to identify the fault you have notified us. You will receive an email or SMS notification at your email address or mobile number provided to us.
YOUR DATA
The privacy of your data supplied to us during the shipping procedure is also governed by our privacy policy.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
a. Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of this policy and every time you wish to use this website, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
b. If you do not wish to accept the revised policy, you should not continue to use the services. If you continue to use the services after the date on which the changes come into effect, your use of the services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new policy.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be considered in breach of the guarantee or terms of the service and shall not be liable to the customer cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reasons beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics,
fire, an act of God or public enemy, famine, plague, the action of the court of public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lock out, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
